Buy/sell labels are visual outputs from rules or calculations. They are not guarantees that the next trade will be profitable. The useful question is what conditions generate the label and whether those conditions fit your market and timeframe.

Evaluate signal indicators on five things

1. Signal logic and inputs.
2. Repainting behavior.
3. Frequency and false-signal tradeoffs.
4. Market/timeframe suitability.
5. How alerts behave in real time.

Confirmation versus clutter

Adding more signal indicators does not necessarily add independent confirmation. Two tools derived from similar price behavior may simply repeat the same information in different forms.
